Service Description
Ready to design your own collection? Campers will go through the full fashion design process—from sketching their ideas to selecting fabrics and sewing their creations. Over two weeks, they'll focus on making pieces that are fun, stylish, and unique. They’ll work on sewing machine skills, hand-sew some fun details, and learn how to create mood boards and fashion illustrations to express their creative ideas. By the end, they’ll have a mini collection they can be proud of! This camp focuses on: • Machine sewing • Hand sewing • Fashion sketching and illustration • Mood Boards and Trend Research • Using a pattern • Cutting and pinning • Jewelry and Accessory Design • Putting Together a mini collection Each session ends with a Fashion show on Friday where campers showcase the work they have done for the week and model their original designs! Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend! • Please have students bring a snack, bagged lunch, and a reusable water bottle. • Please make sure to inform us if your child has any food allergies. • Camps are drop-off. • No prior sewing experience required. Cancellation Policy
CLASSES/CAMPS/WORKSHOPS Our classes, camps and workshops accommodate a limited number of students to help better their experience at The Fashionable Stylista. To Reschedule: If you need to reschedule, you may use the credit towards any of our classes, camps or services. To Cancel: If you do need to cancel, you may receive a refund minus 15% of the amount paid. MAKEUPS: If you enroll in any of our classes; you are allowed to make up as many classes as you miss throughout the semester you are enrolled in. Makeup classes will not carry over into future enrollments. IF WE SHOULD CANCEL: Should The Fashionable Stylista cancel a camp, workshop, or course for any reason, a refund will be made in full within 10 business days. ***** Payment plan options available with a 10% upcharge fee.
